Dr. Parks received a Bachelor of Science degree from Baker University, and graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kansas - School of Medicine. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine in 1990 and completed his Residency in Anesthesiology in 1993.
Dr. Parks started his medical career at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO where held the position of Director of Anesthesiology. He held this position for six years before joining Johnson County Anesthesiology in 1998. Two years later Dr. Parks responded to an opportunity in Wichita, KS becoming Vice President of Kansas Professional Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Parks founded Advanced Anesthesiology and Pain Management in 2000 (Now Advanced Pain Medicine Assoc.).
George Fluter graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1987. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His practice focuses on medicolegal evaluations and outpatient treatment of painful conditions.
Dr. Scott graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Biology). Post graduation Dr. Scott attended the University of Kansas - School of Medicine where he earned his Medical Degree. He later completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas - Department of Anesthesiology and then finished a fellowship in Pain Management from Texas Tech International Pain Center.
Lien Graham is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is current with the NCCPA certification. Lien has been practicing since 1997 after graduating from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. She has experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and 4 years in Pain Management.

Rita has been practicing since 1983 after graduating from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. She has experience in Family Practice, Allergy & Asthma and over 7 years in pain management.

Rhonda Janzen is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is current with the AANP national certification. Rhonda has been practicing as an ARNP since 2000 after graduating from Wichita State University with her Master's of Science in Nursing. She has experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice and four years of Pain Management. She graduated from Newman University in 1994 with her Bachelor's in Science of Nursing.

Jana Garrels received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from KS Newman University in 2004. She has also completed her Master of Science from Wichita State University. Jana joined Advanced Pain Medicine Associates in 2006 with five years of nursing experience covering CCU/MICU and family practice. Jana is a member of the National Honors Society of Nursing and is ACLS certified.

Christina McKibben graduated from Butler County Community College with an Associates in Science May 2000, and Associates in Science of Nursing 2002. Christina completed her degree at Wichita State University December 2007, in which she graduated with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing. She has 6 years of surgical cardiac experience and 4 years with infectious disease.

Kim Talley, Practice Manager
Kim received a Bachelor's Degree from Wichita State University in Health Services Organization & Policy with a minor in Business & Management. Her first administrative position was with PMA Andover managing four providers, an Ambulatory Surgery Center and Physical Therapy with a staff of 37 employees.
Kim came to manage Advanced Pain Medicine Associates in 2001 with 20 years experience in various medical office positions. She has been active setting up policies and procedures and has had an active role building the new office location and recruiting staff.
