The Team at Advanced Pain Medicine is led by founder and Board Certified Interventional Pain Specialist, Dr. Jon Parks. With over 20 years of experience in the treatment of pain, Dr. Parks and his team offer their knowledge and passion for treating those suffering from debilitating pain. Jon Parks

M.D.

Dr. Parks received a Bachelor of Science degree from Baker University, and graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine in 1990 and completed his Residency in Anesthesiology in 1993. Dr. Parks started his medical career at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO, where he held the position of Director of Anesthesiology. He held that position for six years before joining Johnson County Anesthesia Associates in 1998. Two years later, Dr. Parks responded to an opportunity in Wichita, KS, becoming Vice President of Kansas Professional Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Parks founded Advanced Anesthesiology and Pain Management in 2000 (Now Advanced Pain Medicine Assoc.). Dr. Parks is a Member of the following organizations: American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Pain Society, American Neuromodulation Society, Kansas State Medical Society, Kansas Society of Anesthesia, Sedgwick County Medical Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Academy of Pain Medicine,Kansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield Liaison Committee and World Institute of Pain.

George Fluter

M.D.

George Fluter graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1987. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His practice focuses on medical-legal evaluations and outpatient treatment of painful conditions. Dr. Fluter is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Fellow Member of the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation.

Meosha Carr

P.A.

Meosha Carr is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is current with the NCCPA certification. Meosha has been practicing since 2011 after graduating from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. She has experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and has been practicing since November 2016 in pain management.

Zachary Castor

P.A.

Zachary Castor is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is current with the NCCPA certification. Zachary has been practicing since 2014, when he graduated from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. He has experience in Neurocritical Care/Acute Stroke Management and has been practicing since February 2017 in pain management.

Lien Graham

P.A.

Lien Graham is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is current with the NCCPA certification. Lien has been practicing since 1997, right after graduating from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. She has experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and has been practicing since 2004 in Pain Management.

Rita Simpson

Rita N. Simpson is a member of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is current with the NCCPA certification. Rita has been practicing since 1983, when she graduated from the Wichita State University Physician Assistant program. She has experience in Family Practice, Allergy & Asthma and has been practicing since 2001 in pain management.
